These Pilates mat classes for beginners will increase body awareness, improve body alignment and increase strength with consistent attendance. Following the Stott Pilates method you will improve spinal articulation and increase abdominal strength gaining more control over your body.
When enough of my clients have mastered the beginner level, intermediate and advanced Pilates mat will be also be available.
