For group and personal Pilates Reformer classes I recommend a minimum 12 week program to work on body alignment, articulation and strength followed by increased challenge as your body becomes stronger and moves more effectively. Following the highly respected Stott Pilates method.

Small Group Classes

We will begin with a layer one program in a small group of up to a maximum of five clients. Suitable for beginners and progressing to layer two programming as your body increases in strength and flexibility.

Private Classes
